El el Hospital de Koalas en Port Macquarie informó que el Koala rescatado por una mujer en medio de un voraz incendio días atrás en Nueva Gales del Sur, en Australia, falleció este martes al no recuperarse de las graves heridas causadas en el siniestro.

A pesar de los cuidados a los que fue sometido, Lewis como fue llamado, no tuvo mejoría en las heridas por lo que los veterinarios tomaron la decisión de practicarle la eutanasia con el fin de que no sufriera.
